Video transcript: The Framework for Addiction Analysis and Community Transformation – or FAACT – is a secure data-sharing platform that helps communities in the Commonwealth combat Virginia’s opioid addiction crisis. FAACT combines valuable data from across a variety of different agencies, secretariats, and local organizations – including healthcare and social services, public safety and corrections, drug courts, and community coalitions – so we can better understand opioid abuse and determine the most effective ways for communities to respond. FAACT is a free resource, and it’s already being used organizations and individuals across the Commonwealth. And you don’t have to be a data scientist to get value out of FAACT. The user-friendly tools make data analysis fast and easy – so you can turn data insights into life-saving strategies.
